I'm on Joshua Day 3 and I'm still pretty convinced there's something funky going on with Rhyme. She's never referred to as either gender in the script. The only thing that indicates either way is the female giggle sound byte she gets. I would find it interesting if someone decided to explore that aspect. It wouldn't be the first time Squeenix did crossdressing.

But no, really. The first scene in the Trigun anime I ever saw was Wolfwood's death, and then I went back and watched the ...first half of the series? The anime death was still pretty bad, but asjlfj And then I read the manga and, really, his death in the manga was so much more fulfilling, I think.

1 - This secret could've been written by me in a big way. I avoid telling people what video games I'm playing for just that reason.

9 - Conventions rock. That is all.

12 - LOL. I only stare at crotches when someone hot is on-screen and I can't avoid it. I try to pay attention to plots.

16 - I love that caveman yaoi!! I got all upset reading that scene too.

17 - LOL! Edgeworth's fashion IS only wearable by him. You are so right.

18 - *looks down in shock* O!M!G! Where the hell did THAT come from?!

30 - You know, the movie was funny and all, but Stardust was way better as a book. All of Gaiman's specific plotpoints kind of got thrown aside in the moive.

31 - You didn't actually expect they were going to rape a guy in a video game, did you? Especially one so mainstream.

32 - I liked her hair better in her face too. It was kind of a backslap to emo kids everywhere.

33 - I've never watched Lost because there's no great slash. Too much other stuff to get through. The plot always gets spoiled for me anyway.

35 - I think the difference is that we see more of the reasons behind why Starbuck acts how she does. I mean, we don't really get anything for Kat besides that she's stressed out, but we get all of this information about Starbuck's relationship with other people and her past throughout the show. I think it adds a lot to her character. Also, she gets a lot of the great plots/episodes. So, I guess blame the creators?

40 - I know I ask this too much and there is mocking of me, but I really want to know what series this is. It seems like something I'd like a lot.

42 - LOL! Same here. I was all confused when she was a chick.

46 - I hate the way CN massacres shows. But I will say I like stuff made after the 90s, too.

toobig 4 - You and half the fandom. Ed is just a suberbly done character. FMA is one of the few anime series that I think can really be enjoyed on more than a simple fangirl level.

Last Friends, a Japanese drama that's currently airing. 6 out of the 11 episodes are out. It's about a group of friends and the issues they deal with in relation to themselves and others. There's Michiru and her abusive boyfriend Sosuke (the two in the secret). Ruka has issues with her gender identity. Takeru has a phobia of sex, but some people think he acts the way he does because he's gay. Eri seems to like a guy that's having issues with leaving a cheating wife, but they haven't developed that much yet.

I highly recommend checking the drama out. XD

55. I can see why if you're looking at the anime, but I personally can't ship Legato with anyone. He was raped as a kid in the manga, and I like sticking to the belief that sex disgusts him.

58. Probably one of my favorite things about Maximum is the way Wolfwood dies. I cry every time I read it, but at the same time I'm really happy he didn't just die alone.

15. Ah, I love that old-fashioned shoujo manga art. I didn't know that was the style Terra E is in, though. I've always been a little interested in checking it out but I'll consider it even more now.

18. I think it's just called not liking a certain kink because it's just not what you like.

54. Mm, this secret again. I'm pretty sure those people who don't make their own, or only make a few of their own icons don't make all of their own themselves because they don't enjoy making icons. Myself included. I pretty much made the ones I did out of necessity because I wasn't satisfied with the other icon makers in my very small fandom. Otherwise, I've come to find after trying many times to make more than what I felt was necessary that I don't like doing it. It shouldn't be a shameful thing to leave it up to the people who DO enjoy icon making. They share their icons for a reason, anyway.

Ahh, good luck. I hear horrible convention stories myself all the time, and always go "o___o;; shi--" but I've been to two major conventions and NEITHER time have I ever had anything scarring happen to me. I never thought it smelled especially bad, and to be honest, I've seen worse sights at the beach than you get with most of the "skimpy" cosplay (where arguably they ARE entitled to wear almost no clothing, lol beach *crai*).

18. I am put off when people scream OH GOD CAN'T UNSEE EWW at certain gender combinations and not others. Belonging to a given sexual orientation certainly shouldn't=/=being disgusted by all others. It's nice to see fic writers and artists who happily dabble in a bit of anything and who can appreciate anything at least on an aesthetic or emotional level even if they aren't actually turned on by it. And there's not much defense for any writer who never writes women at all, even when they're not writing smut. When it comes to just straightforward wank material, though, some people who possess vaginas do seem to prefer porn in which they don't feature. Doesn't necessarily mean they hate or deny their own bodies; different people just engage with porn in different ways.

From a YuuRam shipper. I don't have anything AGAINST ConYuu specifically, it's just that it would utterly break poor Wolfram's heart to see Yuuri with another guy, especially if it's his brother. I like Wolfram too much to see that happen, which is why pairing Yuuri with any other guy is something I can't stand. It's not like I have anything against Conrad, but I don't want to see Wolfram utterly kicked to the curb like that.
