Aww, I don't think it's the wankiest fandom out there, I've seen worse. It does have some pretty batshit people, though, I'll give you that (and to be completely honest with you, they amuse me. LOLOL.. "I'm dating Zachary Quinto in the ~*~astral plane~*~! My 12 year old sister told me, so it MUST be true!"). Aside from that, I haven't really heard of any other wank. Then again, I was only ever really a part of the Television Without Pity Heroes fandom, and the people there tend to actually have brains, so I wouldn't know. I wouldn't set foot anywhere near the 9th wonders boards.

As for the comms, they're alright (well, except for this one small incident that happened in one of the comms that I'm a part of.. but I will not speak of that). I've only ever had to unfriend one of them, and that was because it started getting WAY too much badfic. I think this fandom used to be better during the summer? But maybe I was just really blissfully oblivious back then. Now the shippers and the Sylar fans scare the hell out of me (Seriously! They are INSANE, and this is coming from a Mylar shipper and a Sylar fan).

That being said, I've made some pretty awesome friends in Heroes fandom.

26. You're right, that DOES sound racist. What about all the cosplays of characters who AREN'T specifically asian? They DO exist. Just because they're speaking Japanese on TV doesn't mean their nationality is actually Japanese. So, does this mean I can yell at anyone asian who cosplays anyone from FMA? Because Japan doesn't exist in FMA. Therefore, none of the characters are Japanese, or even asian for that matter. They're all European. Now, if your beef is with the fantards who fling around random Japanese words like "OMG KAWAII DESU!!!1" and "SUGOI!!" and shit, I feel you on that. If you can't speak the language properly, don't speak it at all. But there is a PS3 HUEG difference between someone bastardizing your language, and dressing up like a fictional character of another nationality.
