The movie was fine, and as ridiculous and cheesy and as Indy as it should have been - right up to the last fifteen minutes when WTFALIENS just showed up. Indy fights the undead and steals the treasure. Aliens? Can fuck right off.

122. Admittedly, I do something like that, since I'm very prone to picking up odd words here and there. For instance, if I make a mistake or something goes wrong, I'd say "Uso!" (like "that can't be!"), or I'm fond of using "Osu!" as a greeting, or "Ara?". Little words, mostly.

'Course, it's not just Japanese. I love using French (flows so nicely off the tounge), or, uh, Ham-Chat, like from the Hamtaro series. Yep.

170. I agree! I love seeing a great platonic relationship, whether in fic or art or the series itself, it gives me the warm fuzzies :D I don't much care for mushy stuff most of the time, so that makes finding something deep-yet-platonic all the more enjoyable.

102. I will never, ever understand sacrificing one fandom for the other. I have my main fandom of three years, and for the first time I've started having subfandoms.

156. I don't think it's a bad thing. For me, fandom helped me realize that it's fine to be openly lesbian--which has done so much good for me. It's helped my mom realize that homosexuality isn't a bad thing at all and allowed us to finally have a relationship with each other. My dad doesn't know yet, but I think he'll come around once I get around to telling him. The source doesn't matter if it helps you to be happy and comfortable with yourself.

It helped me to realize that I’m bisexual as well (and both of my parents knows that), and I met my girlfriend since one year through fandom ^^b While I definitely view that as a good thing, this is a little bigger than that, you know?
