143 - I didn't much care for the ending, either. Everything else was pretty awesome, but I was like, "Seriously? ALIENS? WUT." I was disappointed because in the first trailers, you heard the line "GUARDED BY THE UNDEAD", so I was hoping for some cool zombie action or something. I liked most of the movie, though, it was good fun...just, the end....D:

119. I really love Billy and Teddy, and yes, part of that is that they're gay and together. A caring, supportive relationship among gay teenagers isn't something I see often anywhere, much less in comics. I do hope that they get more development than just their sexuality, but if the Young Avengers Presents comics are any indication, they will.

164. I feel guilty about hating Larrin so much, because it's not the character I hate. I've despised the actress since those "Put Mercury on your list" commercials started airing, and I can't seem to get over it.

Well, aside from icons, paid accounts have some nice features, like editing your posts and being able to track threads - both of which are good for RPs. And I mean really - people pay more money for worse hobbies.

That said, I've only gotten a paid account for one of my games, and only because I've been in it for over a year and it doesn't look like it'll be dying any time soon. I wouldn't get one right off the bat, what with how many games don't last.

104- The artwork is from an anime called Fancy Lala, and was painted by Akemi Takada, who was the character designer for both Lala and KOR. So, yeah, that's why they look alike.
Man, I wish she'd work in anime again. I guess her style isn't really in vogue anymore though. ;_;

145. The reason people would think you're an asshole is that Ayn Rand's moral philosophy is, at its heart, absolutely loathsome. That doesn't mean that everyone who finds some inspiration in her work is horrible, or that objectivism makes no points at all--but don't kid yourself. People have every reason to get nervous when someone says "Atlas Shrugged made me a stronger person." It's way too easy to read, "...because it taught me how to trample on the weak," onto the end of that sentence.

152. Maybe they know it was intended to be about Jesus and think that makes using it on the Master even more appropriate and funny in a twisted way? A song can have other meanings than the one its creator intends. I'll agree that fans using it without having any idea of how its creator intended it is good for a laugh, though.

158. I don't give a damn about either Michael Gambon or the HP movies, but insisting that somebody "isn't an actor" because they don't follow what you (possibly a non-actor!) consider the "proper acting method"? Fail.
