The animation was good but I don't care about the characters or relationship. Like there's no reason shown why the black haired guy should care about red head. I feel shitty thinking it, but I feel that it wouldn't have half the attention if it weren't gay.

Some of it looked underrendered (?) but hey it's a homemade CG movie.

Brown haired kid probably didn't want Red Haired kid to feel bad that his heart gave the game away in front of a bunch of people in this weird world where people's vital organs gain anthropomorphic sentience.

I know it's supposed to be cute (and it is in a very saccharine, kind of bland way) but I always hated the "heart beating out of character's chest" every since I saw it in older cartoons as a kid - I always thought that was kind of disgusting.

Fostering cats

Should I or shouldn't I?! Love cats, can't commit long term to one due to various work-related issues. Been thinking about fostering temporarily though, anyone done it?

My apartment allows pets, though there is a ridiculous expensive pet deposit + monthly cat rent. I wonder what my chances are of getting that waived if I tell them it's only temporary..
