I wish I were into geekier things so I could find a fandom again.

All my fannish show interests are dramedies, sitcoms and/or shows that have been off the air for years. I like a lot of books, but only a few are series with fandoms. (I wish there were a Television Without Pity for books. That was still active.)

This may sound stupid, but how exactly do companies theoretically divide up the internet? Yeah, I know, there could be entertainment packages like Netflix/Hulu, shopping like Ebay/Amazon, social media like Facebook/Twitter, etc, but what about the rest of it? There are literally thousands of new websites every day, so how would those work? Or would they just not be 'important' enough to matter?

Movie Club Nominations!

It is time for Movie Club nominations!

Theme: For our next movie the theme is Animated Movies.

Rules (subject to change):
-One nomination per person.
-Must be available for rent on Amazon or iTunes, but if it streaming on Netflix or Hulu it helps!
-First 15 nominations will be chosen for voting.

Nominations will be open Monday-Wednesday. Voting will be on Thursday-Friday. The winner will be announced officially on Monday*. We will discuss the movie January 6th-7th.

*I will close the poll on Friday (or early Saturday) so you can check the results if you want to see the winner before Monday.
