Um I 100% disagree with this secret. Perhaps Paku Romi has used the same male voice for one or two of her characters but she is actually one of the few female seiyuu who actually has different voices for her male characters. I mean just listen to Ed in FMA, Haraken in Dennou Coil and Popo in Kaiba and compare.

N!s2- I'm a member of the Pokémon fandom and honestly, a lot of people in it are COMPLETE AND UTTER TITHEADS. It's a kids game that people take WAY TOO SERIOUSLY. I mean, we all do occasionally, but I wouldn't flame someone for their opinion or over a ship or because they like a Pokémon I dislike. It's NOT FUCKING WORTH IT.

143. I, for one, was already psyched for the movie before Heath Ledger died. So, yes, I love Batman for what it is, and I think you'll find that there are more of us out there than you'd expect :)

I still miss going to the bookstore once a month the day I knew the Animorphs shipment was coming in and getting my new book. 102 Having just referred to Radek and the other scientists as 'the B-Team,' who would you RATHER have Daniel work with? I mean, I understand disliking Rodney (and in case you wondered, David says there's lots of snark, it's not like they're necessarily buddy-buddy. The buddy-buddy part is the actors, not their characters), but if you like Daniel, I could equally see complaints coming saying 'WHY DID DANIEL GET STUCK WITH THE B TEAM' so there's no pleasing everyone. The best way to go is with characterization, and with Rodney in Atlantis and Sam at the SGC or in Washington D.C., Rodney's the go-to guy. Plain and simple.

122 I'm okay with that. There's stuff to like and stuff not to like, but I don't like to have EVERYTHING I look to for entertainment have to have some sort of blindingly anvil-like social commentary, and Whedon likes to do that. That, and kill off female characters for effect. It gets old, that's all.

It'd be something at least if this trend of bastardising great books into movies - stipping out the complicated parts as it goes of course, just in case it's too difficult for the LCD punter to get - meant that more graphic novels were hitting the shelves, that more money was getting put into the business: but it's so not and aghaghagh.

[Yes, I know they've been doing it to regular novels for years and why should I expect them to treat comics with any more respect, but shush. My anger is as my anger does.]
