I haven't seen any eps of "Strike Witches," but from the premise it sounds so WTF-ish that it could potentially curve back around and become weirdly awesome. Sort of the Lord King Bad of moe.

131. I don't like the manga art. The anime art is somewhat prettier. However, I doubt that the art is the reason to like the series for anyone; it's not that special. It's the story that matters. In Naruto it is (for me at least) the fact that the series can make me like any character. Someone I've disliked or ignored before is suddenly shown to have a side that makes me like them. That is the reason why I like it. So many anime (and other fiction, too) shows only the two-dimensional, unchanging masks for the characters; Naruto at least attempts to do more. Whether it succeeds, well, that is everyone's own decision.
