Seconding the congrats to America. It must be such a relief after four years. I have to say it's really weird to hear the President-elect sounding how I'd expect a POTUS to sound after all this time?

I mean, I'm also sad for you because you still have that obstructionist fucker in the Senate. Maybe the GA run-offs in January will deliver? Idk.

I literally ran out into the rain and did a happy dance when I found out. I highly doubt it's gonna be smooth sailing for the next couple of months (or years), but man, I haven't felt the urge to dance in such a long time.

Because today is a good day. Post anything good that has happened to you.


For me, Biden being declared the winner is the biggest thing. Spent a while dancing around my house. Such a relief, such happiness. We're going to survive. It is going to be tough still, but Trump will be leaving in just a couple months.

Also, I got my first solo client, a person who goes to my mother's Bible study and needs help with her family's immigration case. So that is super exciting.
