This secret doesn't really make sense to me. It seems to be saying that Hetalia fans won't know about the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki until it comes up in Hetalia? Fans do know about more history and in more depth than the comics portray...

There are lots of secrets saying 'Hetalia is not real history' - I have never heard of a fan who thinks it is. There are plenty of fans who take more of an interest in historical events because of passing references in the comic but I don't think you'll find a single person who really believes that the comic is 100% factual and accurate. Really, even just reading one or two strips you can see that it isn't supposed to be like that.
