I think a lot of what I do is mediocre/sucks/whatever, whether it be fanart (which is mediocre, to be honest XD), fanfic, AMVs, etc. But I also realize that some people genuinely like my stuff and that's why I continue to post. Not to mention that I love doing what I do regardless of my skill level.And if I tack on a comment about how much a piece sucks, I try to balance it out a little with things I did like out of it. *shrugs*

170. I love slash, but I only have a few "BFF" ships. If anything, I prefer rival! and hate!ships. And, honestly, most of us are aware that (sadly) no smexing is going on behind the scenes... But that's the beauty of fandom, people are going to ship what they want to ship, no matter what anyone else thinks.

115. I feel you. It's not that I don't like slash, it's just that I tend to prefer het parings more. Nothing to do with homo/hetrophobia at all. For me it's all about character dynamics. That's all.

122. While I never liked Scrappy, my favorite character in Scooby Doo is the second least liked character, so I understand. Fred gets no love ~~except from Daphne XD~~. And in Scrappy's defense he does mellow out in the episodes made in the 80's. Most people don't like him because of the huge changes in the dynamic and the absence of Fred, Daphne and Velma.
