153. Yay Leverage! Just because it's not clear on your secret, you ship everyone but Sophie/Parker? Also, there's nothing to be embarassed about if you don't feel like reading the NC-17 stuff either in general or with this particular fandom. It varies for everyone. As much as I love the porn and have a history of shipping everyone with everyone, I'd be very interested for real strong gen in this fandom. (Hardison and Nate, Hardison and Sophie, Sophie and Parker, etc.)

(Not that I would be opposed to Nate and Sophie having kinky control issue sex, just for anyone who happens across this comment and does like the porn.)

170. Dude. Of course two guys being BFF doesn't mean they're fucking, but that's not a reason to hate all slash everywhere. I get annoyed with that in slash sometimes, and I get annoyed with it in het because people are much more likely to assume that a man and woman who are friends are canon instead of realizing that they're interpreting the relationship into a sexual place, like a lot of fanfic does.

Anyway, it's a waste of energy to *hate* *all* slash (or het or gen or what-have-you).

176. While I utterly identify with the unrequited feeling-- what the everloving fuck people? Reducing Batman and Joker to "unrequited love" is missing the point by a fucking mile. It's one thing to interpret the text, as we all do in fandom, and it's another to do so much violence you're disembowling it.

I don't feel this .. urge, perhaps?, that I feel with Supes and Bats; might have something to do with the canon thing. Or a, at this point, seemingly dead fandom.

Yes exactly. I think how mismatched they are would make they work so so well. Like I think the way Andy was with Angela is indicative of how he is in relationship's in general and Oscar could use someone who appreciates him more than Gil did. And, as you said, he could use a little more fun. And Andy needs to actually be happy and with someone who doesn't treat him poorly. Even though I think Oscar is still put off by Andy a lot, it could work.

119. An artist usually spends a lot of time staring at the image they're making. Therefore they probably spot some mistakes, and sometimes they aren't able to fix them. When I notice something wrong with my artwork, I'll point that out ("yeah forgot that detail but I had already scanned it when I noticed" for example) to whoever's seeing it. That way, they'll know I've noticed that and they don't have to tell me, but if they notice some mistakes I didn't, they can mention that.
