No, actually there is nothing wrong with denouncing a pairing because it is incest. And actually, it is okay not to like a couple because it's yaoi. Please, do not act like you are better and more ope-hearted because you like incest pairings. I disagree with what you say about Tougan BYRON too.

Not liking and denouncing are two different things. 'Not liking' is 'it's not my thing but ok'. 'Denouncing' is 'sick and wrong and STOP IT NOW YOU CANNOT SHIP THAT' (also, in some cases 'IT CANNOT BE CANON BECAUSE IT'S INCEST').

To not like something, that's ok. To judge someone because they do like it (as long as it's not hurting anyone), that's not.

She does!! I haven't heard too much of her other music besides what she has done for One Piece, but even just from that I can tell she's fabulous at imbuing her songs with emotion, whether it be wistful and nostalgic or downright funny/energetic.

I suppose what's really happening here *points to secret* is that I'm seeing myself as a mix of the seiyuu (who match my gender) and the characters (who don't)...which is not to say I am imitating them, as I know my voice sounds nothing like them, but it's more the attitude the characters express as a result of the vocal talent behind them is what comes through. Maybe.

Glad the secret made you think, "Oh, that's cool!" :D

Oh, god, yes. After I'd finished screaming about the utter unlikelihood of that half-baked plan of his succeeding, while he was unaware of it and incapable of doing anything to further it, I was just all the more disgusted with him.

It says something about his character that I thought he was most likeable when he had lost all his memories. (That, and his hypocrisy. "Oh, killing people is bad, so I'll punish killers by killing them! Brilliant! Due process? What's that?" )

I'm watching "The Accidental Husband" for Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

I just started watching JAG repeats because I got into NCIS a few months, and I wanted to see the original saw.

In the first week, I saw three actors that are now famous. Jeffrey Dean was in an episode in '95. I got so excited when I saw his name in the credits that I squealed it. He didn't have very many lines and was very young, but I still loved it.

105. DUDE THAT PISSED ME OFF SO MUCH. I was like yes you can Erica, it's called being BISEXUAL. There is such a fucking stigma against bi people on TV, it's ridiculous. Every single character that likes both men and women ends up being cornered into liking one (Callie, Willow, etc.) The only TV bisexual I can think of off the top of my head is Tila Tequila and that's fucking SAD.

Captain Jack Harkness. Really, half the cast of Torchwood. But Jack was on a family show (which was also a much better show) first, so he counts for even more.

And there's a few other, more implicit examples of bisexuality on Doctor Who, come to think of it. River Song's line implying that she "fancies" everyone in her crew (which includes both men and women) except the crusty old guy with the bad personality comes to mind. Hell, the Doctor himself seems to be either bisexual or bi-romantic asexual.

104 - Hey, I don't like the characters much either, but I love the show. It's not like they're really focusing on characters here, as opposed to the silly things that happen in the WORLD OF THE MIGHTY BOOSH. I'm more forgiving when it comes to these kinds of comedies, I suppose.

From what I'd heard about the story, I expected him to start off unstable but relatively humane and gradually devolve into power-crazed madness. 169. Okay, I have been hearing so much about this, and I finally have to ask: What the Hell is it? It's a movie with lots of gore and music, that much I've picked up on, but beyond that I have no idea.

171. I still don't see how Zutara was a crackship. Highly unlikely to turn out canon, yes, but still somewhat plausible. I mean, I prefer crackships in that fandom, so I think I know what I'm talking about. Tokko. Azuki. Tyzula. Suki/Sokka/Toph OT3. These are crackships. Zutara, not so much.

Doing it Wrong: I used to feel exactly the same way, and not too long ago. Then I realized that a.) it was by no means true of all slash pairings, b.) it was just as true of many het pairings, and c.) I did most of the things I accused slash fans of with my favorite femslash pairings. Yaoi still isn't my cup of tea and, as per Sturgeon's law, 90% of it is crap (which, given how widespread it is, comes out to a whole lot of terrible buttsex fic). But while I may still complain from time to time about how much more popular than yuri it is, I'm overall a lot more accepting these days.

168. I think it's more likely that one of the girls finds out before Arthur does. Probably Morgana first, then Gwen, because Gwen finding out should mean Arthur finding out shortly after; she would have the most trouble out of all of them keeping it from Arthur (and while she's too loyal to Morgana and Merlin to tell him herself, not being able to tell him would probably strain her relationship with Merlin and Morgana which would SUCK). But either way, once the girls find out, it shouldn't be long before Arthur does. Otherwise the strain on the four of them will become unbelievably huge.

I want it to happen next season, but then again I kind of don't want them to rush it, or anything else. I don't think Arthur knows deep-down or anything, and he's not likely to react well at ALL because of the lying.

141. ZOMG GIANT SECRET!!!! You rock, anon. I don't think Jett was supposed to be hated. I just felt really sorry for him. He always had issues (racial issues for one), and after gaining his fortune but still not gaining his love (not to mention the fact that Benedict tried to push him out of the picture by buying his little plot of land), those issues were only exacerbated. Drinking too much and trying to find a substitute for his love weren't such good ideas, either. What an unhappy man.

158. Well, I for one didn't blame Pullo for killing Gaia (even though she was going to die anyway). She killed his pregnant wife! I also can't put all the blame on Vorenus for Niobe's death. He didn't push her off that ledge. He should have done something to stop her, but he was in shock, still grappling with the truth of having been deceived all that time. But that whole situation was complex and unfortunate, and they both did things that they shouldn't have.

I believe Repo was made for people who hate Paris and Sarah Brightman. It's difficult for me to believe it isn't actually a sort of elaborate joke played on them both. If not for what happens to them, its only redeeming quality would be Anthony Steward Head's spectacular singing.

Therefor, I liked the movie. But the posts in this f_s entry are giving me every reason to avoid its fandom, hoorah.
