Wesley! ♥ I had such a crush on him when I first watched TNG, and I still love him now. I don't get the hate - I thought he was a fairly believable dorky intelligent teenage boy. If you want a show featuring no one with extraordinary skills, then Star Trek is not the place to look.

There always have been, and always will be, people who are this way. We've managed to survive (to a degree) as a species so far. I suggest that you stop worrying.

You know, I'd like to play for the plot, but I don't have the first two games, and whenever my bro and I play co-op in 3's story mode, we play whatever stages we feel, so I'm still not really sure what's going on. I'm thinking they mean a mac. Or something without windows, at the very least. I mean, visual novels don't take a lot to run, so I doubt that's the issue.
