148- So awesome. I just posted a Michaels/Nash ship secret the other day, and now there's a Michaels/JBL shipper? LOVE. I actually thought I was gonna totally hate the HBK/JBL feud... deal... thingy... and ended up loving it. Bradshaw can be such a smarmy bastard, and I genuinely think he's the best mic worker in the company right now. (That line about thinking there would always be a place for such a beautiful and "talented" lady as Rebecca in his employ? Pure awesome.) And it gave us Shawn-Cena matches, which are never, ever a bad thing.

Ha, sorry to ramble at you! So happy to see another WWE secret, especially about this storyline!

Sometimes, you want to read it without writing it. Or sometimes, you can't write in the style you like to read. In my case, not in the OP's fandom but in another, I can't write the characters I like to read about at all convincingly. So it's a mix of not liking my own writing, not having put in the years of research to be able to write my favorite characters convincingly and just wanting my favorite characters to be written in a convincing manner.

Sometimes, a movie takes historical accuracy, and says "Screw it, let's just have fun" and then it becomes more about the enjoyableness of the wonderfully funny acting and timing and puts the historical accuracy fan in all of us to sleep. You are not a bad historical accuracy fan just because you like this movie. That said, this movie pwns! It's hard not to take Michael Wincott!Rochfort and Tim Curry!Richelieu as fucking.

I think the whole hatred for Wesley isn't that he's actually intelligent, it was that he didn't have all that many flaws. I mean, he was basically Gene Roddenberry's marty-stu at first. I know for me, I didn't like Wesley until the later episodes, particularly "The Game" where he *didn't* execute the plan that saved the ship, rather Data did. Or there's "The First Duty," where he screwed things up royally, and had to pay the price.

I, personally, don't share that hatred, but I can understand that he could have been annoying.

154. I think its easy and fair enough to say that its because Heath was more well known, and thus his impact was on more people. His death had a huge affect on me, but I got to thinking "why Heath? Why does his death impact me when people die everyday? I didn't even know him." And it's just the fact that he's been around, we've all seen so much of him. I'm not saying its "right". I imagine it would probably be a bit painful for people to not care as much about Jonathan Brandis, when you do so much. I'm sorry.
