Because I'm getting tons of PMs and stuff about this: stuff featuring actual porn of lolicon/shota/whatever will be linked, or was supposed to be just linked, just like every other secret featuring explicit porn. But sometimes I make mistakes and a secret gets by that should have been just linked. If a secret is posted that should be linked or warned for, notify me in the name the fandom thread and I'll fix it as soon as I can.
Unfortunately, secrets about lolicon/shota will not be banned because some people think it's wrong or gross or whatever. Some people think fic about rape or gore is wrong or gross or whatever. Some people think slash is wrong or gross or whatever. I'm sure everyone agrees that actual child porn is a bad thing. Lolicon/shota is not actual child porn.
Once again, I'm sorry for letting #127 get past my radar yesterday, and will try not to let it happen again.

As a couple of anons pointed out, the material is against the law in certain major countries, including Canada, Australia, Sweden, Ireland and, soon, the UK - it's not merely a matter of being a "squick." It is covered under child pornography laws and dealt with accordingly, no matter how "not real" it is.
Personally, I was a bit nauseated by it, even though the image wasn't that explicit. Bit of a Do Not Want.

Also, call me crazy, but if a newspaper or a real job placed lolicon in public view, I think the reaction would be a 1000x worse than this. This is milder than I expected, truth be told.

Besides if I ran a community and had made this mistake, people would be right to bitch and complain at me. Technophile seems to have recognised this and is taking it quite gracefully, don't you think? However, he didn't quite seem to recognise the legal side of things, and therefore I pointed it out.

Polite. Calm. Reasonably stated, yet a different opinion to yours.
Just because the post has "NSFW" written at the top doesn't prepare me for sudden lolicon.

Lolishouta is definitely not something I'm into, but it's something that I would like to check legal specifics onno subject
What's worrying people is that they're trying to make any kind of "violent" pornography (rape fantasies, fetish, BDSM) illegal as well. Oh, and apparently adults wearing school uniforms in pornography, because it's giving the "illusion" of being underage.
It's completely over the top and silly.

And banning things like BDSM? Wtf, are fetishes illegal now? >_> That's really worrying...

I wonder if it's going to be just if you're saving a lot of it/distributing it or even just looking at it, do you know?
And what about written stuff? If I read a rapefic, am I breaking the law? That's the next step if loli and shouta are out.
