7 and 12. A person who sprinkles their speech liberally with horribly mispronounced fangirl Japanese ("baka," "sugoi," "kawaii," etc.) and is generally obnoxious. Usually wishes that they too were Japanese, or (in extreme cases) are convinced that they were Japanese in a past life.

I never said I looked down on people just for liking Wing or Seed. It just bothers me when people won't at least sit down and try watching maybe a couple hours of it simply because it's not as pretty. I don't even expect everyone who watches it to like it. But when I hear people say things like, "I don't want to see the old one because it doesn't feel like Gundam without Wing characters," I think it's a little ridiculous since there would be no Wing without the original series. Plus, the newer ones do gank storylines from the original series, but a lot of people don't realize it because they've never seen the original one in the first place.

In short, I'm more bothered that people won't give it a proper chance because it's dated. Not that they like Wing or Seed better.

11. Each to their own! I like some of the scruffy, non stereotypical bishounen types, but I really don't think there's anything wrong with liking pretty boys too. At all. (Yay for pretty boys!)

18. Aww... If you're worried about your fanfiction, maybe you should make sure you have a good beta, or someone to help you out? I don't know... To be honest, I've never seen how writing by a dyslexic person generally looks.

18. It really depends on what kind of dyslexic, actually. I sort of stumble when I type, but I've gotten really good at catching my mistakes before I press "post," but I had a really good Special Ed coach in Elementary school. Really helped me verbally. Not so much in math.

That's not what I meant. People can like Gundam Wing and Seed all they want. What irks me is when people adore it so much without giving proper credit where credit is due. I've seen too many fangirls for those series not even give the original one a chance because it's not as pretty as the newer stuff. I don't hate Wing and Seed so much as it just...makes me sad, I guess.

4. More people need to respect the old school anime, yo. I have friends who quickly turn down some good stuff (Like Lupin the Third or Galaxy Express 999) 'cause the art isn't all shiny. It's better than some of the newer whispy-haired pointy-chined small-eyed everybody-looks-the-same shojo styled shows/manga :x

I don't hate people who like it by any means. I just think it's really lame when people like the newer Gundam stuff but won't even give the original one a proper chance 'cause it's not pretty enough. And I have seen this happen many, many times. Plus, the new stuff does recycle things from the old one, and so I like the original one best. I don't think that's bashing at all.

Although I admit using the word "crap" was probably a little strong, the whole thing really is pretty damn frustrating to put up with.

Actually, I never said people shouldn't like things because they're pretty. I Just think it's lame that a lot of Seed and Wing fans won't watch the original because it isn't pretty. I don't even expect everyone who watches the original to like it. It just irks me when I hear people say things like, "I won't watch the old Gundam because the guys aren't as hot, and it just doesn't feel like Gundam without any Wing characters in it." (And, yes, I HAVE heard people say this.) Or when people deny the new ones ganked storylines from the original series. Of course, a lot of them don't know any better because they refuse to give the original one a chance in the first place. : /

4. I have a friend who's a huge fan of Gundam, and he holds the same opinion. I think I might have to check it out myself sometime, because my biggest gripe about Wing was that the characters (except maybe Duo and Relena) and plot really failed to hold my attention.
