Fucking hell, IAWTC.

Not all obscure shows are bad, mind you, and I love some obscure things myself, but some unpopular series really are unpopular because there is not much to like about them and most popular series are popular because there is something universal to be liked about them.

Thus, I am as sick as you are of this "if you like popular stuff, you're retarded" bullcrap. Has it ever occurred to these people that maybe popularity says something about the quality of a show rather than the so-called stupidity of the fans?

conversely, if it's not popular, it doesn't mean it's crap either. why is that not taken into consideration? you immediately jumped on that it's unpopular for a good reason , yet there are times that something is popular for no good reason.

I think Parthenon has the best chances of winning the competition, plus he's so loveable and knows what he's doing. ♥ And worse comes to worse - just imagine their comic book counterparts? I'm not a fan of RPs either. But I can also see what you mean about those two. The covers they showed yesterday were freakin' AWESOME. +_+

2. Oh man. I had a similar feeling of apathy towards Avatar myself, too. And then I watched it. Admittedly I didn't think the first season was amazing or anything but it was good enough to keep me interested. Then I watched the second season and honestly, I feel it's probably even better than the vast majority of anime I've seen in the past year.

4, 5, 7, 9. Oh man. More power to all of you because ahaha wow (even if I dropped Who Wants to Be a Superhero this year after Mitzvah got kicked off because aside from maybe Parthenon, nobody's really compelling/hilarious enough to keep my interest). #7, which one did you meet, out of curiosity?

Mister Mitzvah was pretty awesome but I had a feeling he wasn't going to last. Hygena is beginning to bug the crap out of me and so is the Diffuser. But Parthenon, Whip-snap and Hyper-Strike all have my votes. :D

Besides, can't we just ship and let ship? Do you really have to bitch about the canon het pairings, just because you don't like them? (On that note, do your friends have to be such dicks about the slash and minor het pairings?)

I ship Tamaki/Haruhi and Kyouya/Tamaki with nearly equal enthusiasm, ftr, and Mori/Haruhi is the only other Haruhi pairing I'll accept.

Just don't get me started on the twins.

I was a little confused by this secret. There seems to be this implication in it that Tamaki/Haruhi has no chemistry, and when people say that, it makes me want to cry big giant crocodile tears of doom. D: Or, I don't know, maybe I'm assuming things and this person just means a different type of chemistry? Like, less "in your face!" and more subtext-y? MOAR CLARIFICATION PLZ, SECRET 16. :(
