Agreed. I haven't seen the movie either, but come on. The "Original > Remake" opinion is hardly a secret at all. You can get a lot of backlash from the fans of the original for liking the remake, but what consequences can come out from preferring the original? (Besides being "attacked" by rabid fans, but why the hell should that get to you when they can't even spell correctly much less make a compelling argument?)

2.Same here. I am an artist who can't get into fanart without feeling like a sell out, but at the same time wanting to give something more to the fandom. It's a tough cal, but I'd rather be apreciated for my original art.

4.Well, sorry. I pasically love every DA contest I've entered. And I was so sad because no matter how long I worked someone else was friendlier to the host of the contest and won. Then I won one contest and was soo happy, and I've never wanted anything more after that. You win some and you lose some right? Just keep the balance and you'll do fine.

30. Know how you feel there. A vast a majority of my (online and RL) friends are video gamers (including someone I'm potentially dating) and most of my group conversations with them consist of me smiling and nodding. It's kind of sad. :(

6. IAWTS. Sometimes I wonder why the pairing secrets are secrets at all though. Are you really going to get mauled by the entire internet if you ship/don't ship Character A/Character B. If you usually hate Stereotype C but can't get enough of Character D even though he practically encompasses everything you hate? I can't understand why people are afraid to say it out loud.

One one hand I've got to be obvious and say it would be too easily criticized for being even more racially insensitive than the movie. Oooor the sequel. Really, the only way you could make a hammy adaptation of historical events and characters even more ricockulous than the original is throwing in a big-headed white kid and a bunch of bubbly monsters, and make it all part of Ratcliffe's evil plan to, uh, be evil. And stuff.

On the other hand? The idea is so fucking hilarious I want to see it now now now now. What would Pocahontas' fighting method be? Finding cliffs to jump off and plummet into Heartless at terminal velocity? Would Sora be given war paint and a tan to blend in? What about Donald? Roast duck was quite plentiful in those days! And how could they get the budget to render the bulge in Johnny Smith's pants properly? GIVE ME ANSWERS NOW, FANDOM.
