Dragon books?

I've decided I want to read some dragon books, but I have no idea where to begin. Once long ago, I read the first Pern book and didn't like it, though that was 15 years ago. Then again, I'm not sure how good those books are supposed to be? So, any dragon book recs? I would prefer things that focus significantly on dragons, not just ones like Game of Thrones that happen to contain dragons.

The Hobbit. Though you don't really get much dragon action till almost the end.

I don't really think the Pern books are actually... good? But they are a nice bit of fantasy in the sense that they give you imagination fodder to put yourself in that world and imagine having a dragon of your own. The ones about Mary Sue, I mean, Menolly (sp?) and the fire lizards were particularly fun, imo. Not good, but just... fun to daydream about?

When I was a kid I loved the Talking with Dragons series or whatever it was. They're probably a bit too kiddish for adults, but they were fun and probably a good lazy read on the train or something.

The Patricia C. Wrede series Enchanted Forest Chronicles is on the younger side of YA but it holds up pretty well for adult readers. The first book is like mostly dragons and a few humans, and then major dragon characters throughout the rest (and there's a sentence I never thought I would write.)

Most of the dragon books I'm familiar with are either YA or children's literature, so if you're looking for something more adult I apologize.

Is there a term for the racial equivalent of it, for male POC who try to combat racism from a male-privileged standpoint and ignore intersectionality? Every day I read something new about evil white feminism, but nobody seems to think the same thing even happens with racism.

Teeth whitening - inspired by above thread

What do you guys use to get your teeth white? Whitening products just don't seem to work for me, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've tried several different ones and follow the instructions, but...nothing happens. Sometimes, depending on the product, my teeth get super sensitive/sore/painful, but they stay the exact same color. I want white teeth too. :(

Are there some people that whitening products just don't work for?
