Heh, now that I've gone through all 12 pages and commented on others comments. Here is my own: IAWT...secret.

I could never really call myself a Harry/Ginny fan - heck, I post on a lot of the hate threads on various HP forums, but some time between OotP and HBP I actually grew to like them a bit. I still do read some H/G fanfic. But HBP and DH didn't live up to what I'd wanted from canon. And frankly, I too would be surprised if all people that call themselves "fans" would say that they are satisfied with the development of the pairing.

...course, I feel that a lot of "fans" feel they need to get on the defensive and say that HBP and DH are absolutely brilliant and nothing is wrong with the pairing. Reading old H/G essays shows that this isn't really the case. But oh well.

Though I don't get sympathetic for them, given people who dislike the pairing are called Harmonians, delusional or whatever. *rolls eyes* Knee-jerk reactions like that are just a little sad.

32. I agree. I can't see what's so great about them. If one of the Weasleys had to die... WHY DIDN'T SHE? 56. I think the book was horribly boring. But.. I love Gankutsuo. The book's ending was downright HORRIBLE (for example) and even though I'm not one to like such tragic endings as the one Gankutsuo has, it was still a whole lot better than the all 'yeah let's all be happy'-ending.

It was SHIT. I prefer anime-version, it was just a whole lot more interesting (the one fact I didn't like about the book was the fact that they revealed everything about the Count in the beginning and that he was kinda the main character.. and the ENDING.), keeping Count's past in secret and stuff. ... Ah, sorry for the rant, but.. yeah. :<
