#34 xkcd! I loved that strip. And I laughed like crazy the first time I read it because he totally deserved that, but...but I think that would be cool, too.

#56 I haven't read the original, but this anime made me want to. And YES to the pretty. @_@ Although, I gotta admit, sometimes it was difficult for me to focus on the subtitles because there was so much pretty. And the freaky technique with the clothes. I had to watch a couple parts over again because I'd gotten distracted and had no idea what they were saying. >.>;

32. I just couldn't get into it either. I don't hate it, but I don't like it. And I actually liked Ginny for a while, but what happened? She started to get awesome, develop a real personality, date other boys, but no! Oh, no. It just turns out she was still secretly ~pining~ for Harry the entire time and magically ends up marrying the guy she's hero-worshipped since she was, like, 10. Really, really lame.

40. Hating on both Enchanted and High School Musical? :( Oh no you didn't.

42. Femme!Bill/Obama? I'd go for it. I had a friend joke about someone writing male!Hillary/camp!Bill and that'd be good too.

43. I actually have watched soap operas before because my mom's addicted to them. I still don't like them. Major props to ATWT for the Luke/Noah storyline, though.

36- FUCKING SECONDED. I don't have a problem with using official artwork in icons, but fanart? No. I'd be SO PISSED if someone used my art for icons without asking, so I don't do it myself. If they asked, maybe, but if not? NO.

I JUST DON'T KNOW.

I love the original. I really, really do. But I just can't find it in me to seriously find fault with Gankutsuou (it was lacking in the backstory, and the actual 'Gankutsuou' concept was... iffy, but.)

It's just an amazing alternate telling (and yeah, despite the 'alternate', it's quite sad it's the most loyal version to the book!) I adore the focus on Albert. I like that there's more Franz, and that Valentine and Maximilien are deeper characters than they were in the book.

At what point did you stop watching? The end moral of the anime is basically the same as the book - and since the Count didn't end up with Mercedes, that was another big plus point for me. :p

36. Nor did they draw any other anime screeshot/manga panel/etc. that they're using as an icon now, but you don't see the original artists complaining. Not that I make fanart icons, but I just don't see the big deal. Personally, I'd be flattered if someone wanted to make icons out of my fanart.

I don't know anything about the fandom for it, but grow up. It was a decent, positive movie. It parodied Disney's classics with some impressively subtle (as well as not subtle) references.

I don't actually care about what your friends write, either, but if you didn't like the movie, deal. It actually wasn't that bad.

Of all the things I thought I'd never seen on F!S...

I think I may have been the only one in my AP English class to have enjoyed that book. I highlighted the fuck out of my copy, picking out all those damn passages about light and dark.

Can't say that Kurtz's intended scared me, though. Kurtz did, but not her. My roommate and I have a pretty good argument on whether or not Marlow should have lied to her.
