Anyone interested in a stream this Saturday? I know attendance has been down so I want to make sure someone's interested before I set time aside. What I'm screening might depend on audience. Something fun!

I love Sogo Bakery's panda cookies, and their walnut butter cookies are divine too, they both go so well with boba teas. There's also a cookie that's like a fig Newton but with a pineapple filling, I wish I could remember the name of those, I think they're Chinese? They go best with hot black tea and are lovely.

Chocolate chip cookies. Homemade that are a little underdone so they stay soft.

I have a lot of fond memories of this comm, but lately every time I swing by F!S to see what's doing I'm reminded of why I stopped regularly keeping up with it to begin with. This is one of the last vestiges of the fandom culture I grew up with, and it's dying a slow, entropic death, prolonged by an increasingly small and insular faction of stubborn old-timers who won't accept the inevitable and pull the fucking plug.

So Ichihime and Renruki are canon, the Ichihime baby killed the last of the big bad by idly shoving his fist in a black glob in Ichigo's old room??, and 50 million plot CANYONS were left behind.

This ending was so lack-luster and dull I can't believe it. It blatantly shoved everything under a "and they were happy-the end" without any care for tying up even the most rudimentary plot points. I'm disappointed.

Supposedly Zendaya is going to be playing Mary Jane. I think she's going to be awesome in the role, though I am kind of sad that it doesn't look like they're dying her hair red :( But there's already people yelling about "PC CASTING" and "HAS TO BE WHITE REDHEAD" and I'm not looking forward to hearing all that crap for another year. Fuck's sake you figured the MRA/Anti-PC types would've burnt themselves out complaining over Ghostbusters and Iris.
