Augh, word. Like I said, it's no secret that I ship it, but I can feel my integrity in other people's eyes slipping away every time I admit it, and it drives me up the wall. It's an interesting pairing with two interesting characters who have an interesting relationship in canon – it'd be nice if "intelligent fandom" would stop acting like it's a crack pairing that's gained unjustified popularity and that everyone who ships it must be an immature, shallow yaoi fangirl.

I'm still pretty embarrassed about the fact that it was the pairing's existing fandom that made me interested in the game, though.

17. I'm a woman, I identify more with male characters, and I don't really think I've got gender problems. When I was growing up, people called me a tomboy. But I know how you feel - people mistake me for a guy online a lot, I have mainly male icons, I prefer wearing trousers... and people list reasons like that for having gender issues. For a while I wondered if maybe I just didn't know that I did as well, but I've decided that I'm pretty sure I'm a woman. I like being a woman. You can be a normal woman and identify more with male characters, in my book.

58. Ah-fucking-men. Icon ridiculously relevant. When I see people claiming Clamp doesn't draw details, or have logical plot twists, or come up with original character ideas, I want to cry a little inside. And then I want to shove X, MKR, and Clover in their faces until they understand that Clamp has done works other than their newer stuff. I personally don't like their newer stuff, but I hate that everyone assumes I like TRC or XXXHolic if I say I like Clamp when I actually don't like either of those.

Well, translating is a lot of work - okay, it depends on the text, but it definitely requires more work and creativity than just scanning something. I have no problem with people not crediting icon bases or screenshots (why should anyone create freakin' screenshots?!), but I really hate it when people post translations, fanart, fanfic, etc. without permission, or at least crediting the source.

01. Oh my God, yes. Momo. Nina. I loved how in BoF, you could actually have a mage character be a powerhouse for more than just boss fights. Her sword attack cost about one MP, and did great damage. And her child form was adorable, too.

09. That made me laugh out loud. Seriously! It’s not like an internet ‘lol,’ there were actually the sounds of a beached whale coming from my room.

12. Like I already said before, the character I’m worried about most is Azula. Somehow, she is the character that inspires me the most. Except for, you know, the evil thing. She needs to work on that.

I actually agree. Most people take Kanda at face value and don't realize that most of the stereotypical things the characters do are actually ridiculed.

Besides, Kanda is really hilarious at times. I just wish they'd give him a PAST... but I'm happy with the current focus on the Noah as well. MOAR NOAH OM NOM NOM.
