144 - I named my daughter after a Batman character. *shrugs* People do these things, have been doing so for years -- it doesn't mean that fandom (or whatever) has too much of a hold on their lives, at least not for everyone. Sometimes people simply like the name (as was my case - I don't even like the character, but I liked the name).

154 - I'm the same way! Outside of family gatherings and hooking up with friends I haven't seen in awhile, I chill out at home writing or reading -- by choice.

160 - Well I see a resemblance, but as far as I know that Lex Luthor wasn't intended to be black/mixed, just darkly shaded. Still, that Lex was awesome, and so is Obama.

166 - I was upset when Snape died too, but you're taking it a tid too far... I feel the exact same way. Asuna is especially kick-ass and my favorite character. As a girl, though, I feel bad liking it so much. Actually, I feel a little weird about a lot of the manga and anime I like just because I know it is aimed at male otaku.
