134. As someone who recently got into mmorpgs, iawtc so hard. I never realised the bias most players have against girl players until they found out there was a female behind my male character. I think it's a lot less in fandoms though... although I could be wrong. It depends on the fandom I suspect.

I think that may be because there is a larger ratio of females in fandom (in general)? As crazy/wanky as fandom can be, the fact that no one freaks out if you're a girl is one of the things I will always love about it. (Though you're right, it does depend on the fandom.)

I definitely see where you're coming from with this. Even as a Sylar/Mohinder OMG OTP FOR LYFE!!111!!!1! shipper I always find it hard to reconcile because there's no happy ending for Mohinder. He's pretty much my favourite character and it's difficult to see him angsting all over the place, or being mind-fucked, or submitting to Sylar, or WHATEVER. But then again, Mylar is never going to be happily ever after and that angst and constant conflict is kind of what I like about it... AGH. They're just both so very pretty.

I'm not even going to get into my thoughts on Matt/Mohinder and why they're not this perfect little family like fandom seems to think because this comment is already too long X|

It would be possible--but difficult--for Mohinder/Sylar to have a happy ending. They'd have to go far, far away and establish a new life for themselves, and Sylar would have to stop killing. But I don't think most Mylar fans want happy endings anyway. It's not what I read the pairing for.

I'd like your thoughts on M3. I totally think that they are NOT a happy little fambly.

I'll give you the idea that Jared's got some scenes that are just...really difficult to take seriously. But if you legitimately believe that Jensen Ackles can't act, you genuinely don't know anything about acting.

... I have honestly never seen this pairing before this secret was posted. Are there really that many shippers?

I guess the closest I can get to this is using these two as a tag team in Heat the Soul 5, since they're awesome. (Neliel + Grimmkitty = things die.) But I've never considered them as a couple, even in crack RPs where my roommate and I pull random pairings out of absolutely nowhere.
