As disappointing and rushed as it was, at the time Change Your Mind was made, the SU cast didn't know whether or not they'd get another season. It was either leave the show on a potential, eternal cliffhanger or try to wrap as much up in as satisfying a way possible. Not ideal, but whatever, I'm willing to overlook it simply because the rest of the show is so good.

Wow. I feel exactly the opposite. I love Woody Harrelson and Kevin Costner is good, but I hate the concept of the movie.

I can relate to you, OP. I was into some nerdy shit since I was little and my parents would relentlessly mock me about it for as long as I can remember. Nowadays I make my own nerdy shit as a fulltime profession. I refuse to share anything about it to my parents, and they can't understand why. They will never admit how much bullshit they put me through. I don't know how to resolve this and I'm not sure I even want to.

Well, there's one really glaring difference between Draco and Eric Trump. Draco kinda realized his entire side is assholes in his teens and was with them because they were threatening his family and parents - and his fandom counted on him eventually turning vaguely toward the good guys side. Which he did.

Eric Trump has yet to realize ... anything about life in general or that large groups of humans that do not look like him are also people, from all appearances. Besides, doing a heel-face turn as a grown-ass 35 year old man is different from doing one at 17-18 already.

Not a Draco fan, but having canon that proves a character can be redeemed is a pretty big damn difference
