115. I read through the comments on this one and had more of a reaction to those than the actual secret. WOW you guys like to assign extra meanings to this! I don't think the secret maker ever once said that HP doesn't deserve a fandom, or that JKR isn't a good writer.

115: I'm not going to say it's a freaking work of art classic, but Harry Potter is pretty damn awesome. It's not the be all end all, that's ridiculous. But it's a wonderful story with great characters and an awesome children's book for everybody. </16 year old 162: THIS is why I'll never own up to being an anime fan straight up. I honestly admire weaboos (sp?), at least they're honest with what they like and enjoy it. I have a reputation too and it doesn't involve anime, but sometimes I wish I could talk about it in person instead of the internet. I wish it didn't matter so much. And I hate how judgmental people can be. It shouldn't matter.

147: Tonks was my favorite girl and even though the change in her character made me forget, her death affected me the most because it was then i remembered how fun and quirky she used to me (Clumsy love ;.;) I'm not active in the HP fandom much but i've seen fic where people disregard HBP and have her characterized like she is in OotP. Maybe not well fleshed-out,but still fun.

151: Lose respect? For liking a -fictional- series that, even though the current storyline might not appeal to you and is filled with flaws, also has -a lot- of great elements to it too? The characters are fun and it carries you with the emotions; When they get hurt, you cringe. When they smile, you want to smile. That's up to the wonderful artwork though :) ("I wanted to see the fireworks" I choked up big time)
I loved the crazy humor in the daily life arc. I loved the Kokoyo gang (Lanchia ;.; also Ken and Chikusa, who are win and need to turn up soon and bitch at Chrome for leaving them behind D:) And the Varia arc was -incredible- Squalo, Bel and Xanxus (and sorta Lussuria and Mammon) are some of my favorite manga villains ever XD The fight scenes were epic (I mean, one ended in a SHAAAARRRRK OX) and it was just plain win.
I don't like the turn it's taken ATM but its not -bad- It can come back at any time with some out-of-the-blue crack surprise in true Reborn style and have us all hooked again.
Flicking through the last few months chapters might make you forget, but there's a whole tonne of reasons to love this series.

164: Gah, she's so cute! ^.^ There were a few things getting in my way of actually -shipping- it (NevilleLunaaaa) but i always enjoyed their intereaction MUCH more than Harry and Ginny's. I like Ginny and Harry, but they didn't ever click (for me) as well as Harry and Luna did.

162: I understand what you mean. But you're (assumingly) -not- like that. You can watch what you like, it won't change who you are and nobody's asking you to share what you like with the world. I read a lot of manga. I also read every type of book out there and watch South Park, the music channels, Ugly Betty and a hella lot of other stuff. And i'm not the only animanga fan who does this. Everyone has a different personality; sure there are loud, kinda obnoxious anime fans, but there's also quiet, friendly ones. I think the only similarity is that (i find) the majority of them are very open people.
So you're afraid to watch something you might enjoy because of what other people think? Being an anime fan doesn't mean wearing shirts with 'Naruto/Bleach FTW' on them. You don't even have to tell people if you think they might look down on you. This whole thing is kinda silly actually -.-;

122-I don't think they always do. I mean, I get how it's frustrating where people act like being siblings or best friends isn't a relationship at all until there's sex, like that's the only thing that can really bring people together, or it's the "highest" level. Or if they write incest as if it's like any two people getting together. But I think you can be somebody who loves bffs or siblings but still likes some incest ships. I love brother relationships and sometimes I can be interested or at least non-squicked by incest (usually if it seems to be echoing the canon, if there's something dysfunctional--like Flowers in the Attic) and sometimes I don't like it at all. Sometimes I'm not squicked by incest but don't particularly want to read about it happening.
