Oh god. I haven't been paying attention to HP news for a long time, so this is the first I've heard of that casting choice. That is NOT Narcissa. What happened to, "His mother was blonde, too; tall and slim, she would have been nice looking if she hadn't been wearing a look that suggested there was a nasty smell under her nose."? I just don't see it.

I don't hate Adric himself (I've only seen one story with him), but I can't help but resent how John Nathan-Turner got rid of Romana because she was too smart for the Doctor or whatever and then replaced her with... another (supposedly) super-intelligent companion. Apparently, it's only okay for the Doctor to have a super-intelligent companion as long as it's a boy. Adric was also supposed to be more ''relatable''. Er, not to me he isn't.

Who gives a flying monkey butt what they think? If you're a fan, be a fan! The hype of the movie is what got me back into the comics. There's always gonna be idiots like this and sometimes you just have to pat them on the head and smile.
