118: What the hell? When I read the first part of your secret I went, "OMFG PRINCE OF PERISA MOVIE FTW" and then saw that Jake Gyllenhall is playing the prince. Sadness! omg that's really cute. xD I tried to take pictures of my character through the Rock Shop so that I could have full body pictures to draw him... and now that rockband.com let's you make pictures--I spend so much time there. :)

1) Bruckheimer and others have said it's supposed to be a new story based on SOT, not SOT verbatim, so the Prince and Farah being made into different people doesn't bother me.
2) Gyllenhaal isn't Persian, true, but come on; we're talking about a game where the "Prince of Persia" looks pretty white and speaks in a feigned British accent. What are you expecting?
3) Better a square font than Yet Another Movie Using Papyrus, honestly.

Her character always fell flat with me, for some reason. It rather felt like she was either too perfect, when I read her story. She was okay in the others, but I was really disappointed when I read hers. It's a shame because I really loved all the other books in that series, and I adore the quartet that followed.

Also he spent nearly his entire Who career being tied up, abused and molested. Yeah, it's too bad people hate him. I'd love to read fic about him -- if it existed. But it pretty much doesn't.

156) Shipping should never be a chore or something you feel you "should" do. If you are slash (or het, or gen, or femmeslash) only, so be it. It's entertainment.

I think the problem is that people think that there's only one brand of Christianity and that Christians are a gigantic hivemind. Unitarians are just one denomination I can think of right off hand that are accepting of homosexuality, and there are plenty of others. Some institutionalized Christianity isn't intolerant or discriminatory, so people should stop assuming that's always the case.
