ABSOLUTELY. I totally loved it, and I feel like I can't admit it to anyone because everyone has their own reason for hating it. I upgraded to Blu-Ray JUST FOR THIS MOVIE, and I don't regret it one bit. It's completely gorgeous. It was one of the great theater experiences I ever had, too. The movie is pure, colorful entertainment, and I don't understand why nobody seems to like it.

I agree with the general idea (cosplay = dumb). And I guess I'm the only other one here who does, seeing as everyone else pretty much copy/pasted each other's defensive responses. However, I don't think it's stupid because cosplayers think they look like the characters, I thin it's stupid because cosplayers looks retarded doing it. I hate that you can't express this opinion or people just think you're being an asshole. Isn't the point of fandomsecrets to get these kinds of feelings out without being ostracized?

Anyway. If you cosplay, I think you're a loser. Especially when I see a particularly shitty cosplayer. If you're going to do something, at least put some effort into it.

130) It's their playground to run around in. But that said, I don't have any interest either. Usually "shocking plot twists" are another way of saying "Writer is making shit up as she goes along and really has no clue what she's doing". Good plot twists may surprise, but in retrospect you can see that the ground has been laid for them, and they work to forward the plot, not derail it.

143) Honestly, it's very possible to have the personalities come out in porn. If someone's porn is just tab A in slot B it's the fault of shitty writing, not the genre. As for why porn -- because some people find sexual situations exciting.

As far as I'm concerned, story is far more important than the art. As long as the art isn't eye sporkingly bad, I'll read it if it has a good story line.

Also...

Dear God, do you actually think writing a manga/comic is anything like writing a book? I can draw and I can do dialogue, but I can't write good and engaging paragraphs of text. It's just not a skill I have. Others can do both, some can write but can't draw. I love the way you tag on 'just write a novel :D' like anyone can do it.
