Don't feel bad. Everyone has their own interests and you can force yourself to be obsessed over a series. I was like that at one time. A close friend was really into G Gundam so I tried to get into it too. I liked it but not enough that I would consider myself part of the fandom. But we joined a G Gundam forum. While I liked it there, I spent more time on the off topic forum.

I know what it's like to watch your friends heading in different directions. Fandom shouldn't be a barrier to your friendships. You might feel lonely or left out seeing your friends page packed with entries on fandoms you're not into, but in the end you can still keep those friendships. Enjoy your fandom.

Thanks. I've never gone that far, to join a forum..I just wouldn't have it in me. At least you tried hard ^^;

It does suck. I do feel lonely about it, but while I don't see it as a barrier to our friendship in the end, some of them do x.x
