I like it for the pictures but it's really hard to comment on someone's post because they don't include a comment section until you download another client. Weird.

I can understand how it's hard to get connected that way, because it's not really a social network site, so it's not as user-friendly, as it is just for sharing pictures.

This is my favorite comment, and everyone commenting here is my favorite person. It is very nice to know that I was not alone in my sea of paralyzed confusion.

I had to get my 16 year old sister (I'm 23) to teach me how to reblog something. It was highly embarrassing. It was basically like one of those commercials they used to have where people would advertise their ability to teach old people how to use complicated programs like Microsoft word, or websites like ebay.

I understand where you're coming from OP. I'm an artist as well and I get jealous of the better known artists in the digital painting world. But...I realized thinking that way was more damaging than good so I turned that energy into studying what they did and learn from their works.

Maybe if you invest that time instead of letting those bad feelings build up, you'll improve in ways you never imagined. It's hard because every artist wants to get noticed and it seems all the hard work is for naught, but it isn't true. Every time you draw something new you're improving tenfold. =)

People really think that the second episode was racist, because it depicted a group of Chinese smugglers? Really? I mean, it's not like they were saying all Chinese people are criminals... Are they also trying to say that the police are all stupid, or that all cabbies are serial killers, or that all geniuses shoot at walls or blow shit up when they get bored?

And as for Soo Lin pouring tea and spouting proverbial wisdom, like another anon said- the guy that tried to ask her out told Sherlock and Watson that it was a show for the tourists. It's safe to assume that it was made to be ~~oriental~~ and all that.

Both myself and my eleven year old nephew got the date with Tifa when each of us played and we didn't have to do anything special or try for it. For my nephew's part at least I can vouch it was entirely unintentional that he got the Tifa date. He wasn't even aware their was a date to worry about and for myself, I never looked up the 'do this to get the date/don't do that' list for my own gameplay. I, at least, was never mean to Aerith either. I just paid attention to Tifa and treated Aerith the way I would any friend. The Barret or Yuffie date however... those I think you have to work pretty darn hard to get.

Late, but whatever. I feel the need to chime in on this one.
My main problem with shipping R/Hr at the moment in time of the books (or movies) is that they both have some serious growing up to do. Ron needs some maturity, and Hermione needs to not take everything so freakin' seriously.
If JKR hadn't included the epilogue (which I overall dislike), I think it would have been fine. I could have imagined that they both would have grown up in the different ways they needed to and been alright. Having said that, the epilogue shows primarily that they both haven't changed much at all. Ron still has his prejudices, which I can kind of get considering he grew up with them, but then Hermione still has her...rigidness, I guess I could say.
Ending this, I have a problem with most of her ships (Harry/Ginny included). The ones we don't get to see don't bother me as much, as we can't say how those relationships progressed or how the characters act within them.

Ugh yeah. I'm neutral on River at the moment but if she turns out to be Jack, I would not be happy. There are some characters I would more than like her turning out to be but making her Jack would be hella problematic

Hmm I'm as pirate as they come but some of these posts are making me feel bad. Course it doesn't help that when I tried to buy a game (okay for wii, which is like efffing expensive) it "asked" to update which would have meant bricking my console. So I'm reselling that game I bought legit and brand new.

As for 3DS, I'm super excited but only going to get one when the release the new Professor Layton game translated in english. That's the only thing I'd want from it I think. I currently use the beloved 3DSi to read fanfiction :D Moonshell (v.1 has better layout then v.2), .txt files, try it.

Even better than those ereader thingies AND you can read in the dark.

When I was a kid watching Digimon, I had a crush on Izzy, so naturally I HATED Mimi out of jealousy. Despite me completely agreeing it makes no sense for Sephiroth/Aerith pairing at all because of the whole, you know, killing thing, but another part of me thinks they would've had great chemistry, especially considering how Aerith has that whispy way of understanding complex (or, in this case, crazy) people.
