13. I'll admit I hate most weak characters. BUT, that's because most of those weak characters KNOW they're weak... KNOW that it's a flaw... AND DON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BESIDES SIT AROUND AND WAIT TO BE RESCUED. Okay, I can make exceptions for characters that have tried everything they can to change their situation and failed, and characters that are strong in other ways, like you know, having the strength to remain optimistic/kind/etc in a terrible situation. Those characters, I respect MORE than the strong ones because wtf, they're the ones that have to actually STRUGGLE.

But seriously? Characters that are all just "somebody save meeee" and "woeeeee" all over the place with NO EFFORT AT ALL FROM THEIR PART? No respect at all from me.

10. XD I'm so obsessed about my secrets being pretty, too. It's pathetic, because everyone always knows which ones are mine. But I can't help it! When you make graphics a lot, it feels wrong to post something that's not nice looking.

11. So what if she's a self-insert. She's a likable self-insert. She's believable. She's mentioned in canon. And you know what? If you hate her so much, nobody is forcing you to look at her. I think she's a self-insert too, but I still like her.

All that aside, I fail to see what your point is. Do you want the creator to stop drawing her just so that you can be happy? Do you want to defriend her? Or do you just want to vent "the world is so unfair I must look at things I don't want to because I lost the back button omfguh where is it! D:"

24. As a CFUD player, I actually really like that no specific names are named in the bashing secrets, usually. Cuts back on the drama. If someone wants to crit a player for being OOC, we have an entire comm devoted to that.

And no one uses it.

Sometimes I go through the comments in the concrit posts just to see what other people think, and almost all of it is "OMG! Wow! I love you soooooo much!" or "Hey, don't be depressed, you're doing a great job!" Not that there's anything WRONG with that, because who doesn't like getting their ego stroked? But if these people seriously have such a problem with CFUD being OOC, you'd think they'd be commenting there.

13. I so agree. While I adore the angsty badasses, I feel you can't have really good angsty badasses without out a foil of some sort. Without Al, you wouldn't have an Ed. Without Misa, Light wouldn't be nearly as fun. There are just too many badass characters that wouldn't be nearly as badass without the softer characters to compare them too~

I agree with you. She's got some mad skills in coloring, but she needs to have her 75000+ faves per picture revoked until she takes some lessons in basic anatomy.

13. I have a weak personality. I'm perfectly aware of this. I try my best but hey, I'm made of fail mostly.

However, I think when people 'complain' (I use the term loosely, since I have no idea what you're specifically talking about) It's more directed at stereotypical needing-to-be-saved characters that are written into slightly unrealistic drama situations seemingly purely for the angst and comfort, etc. Or characters that are unbelievably weepy and not liked for that.

It's just been overused in badfic, I think, and overexposure makes it old and irritating for some people.

6. Doramas are so addictive, first I felt a bit ridiculous because that was basically manga with actors, live, and it was weird. But now I can't stop watching.

7. My heart did a little flip flop when I saw this secret, she was my favorite character from that show, it's so wrong what they're doing, as soon as I heard about it I stopped watching.

8. I cried too, I didn't watch Eight Simple Rules, but I used to watch Three Is Company, it felt a little like losing a family member.

She's a semi-OC created based on a mentioned character in the videogame Guilty Gear. Because she's never seen in the game, and we don't know anything about her at all except for a (possible) connection to another character and that she's the girlfriend of one of the main characters.
