Back to topic; I don't think you should tell your friend she's boring, but you are entitled to actually do something else than stand around and wait for her to get photographed. I think your friend keeps doing it because she thinks it's okay not to do anything else when she's with you, and you haven't given her any reason to think otherwise. It's almost like you've created a status quota, and maybe she's just as afraid to break it as you are.
So, next time, inform her she's free to stay in one spot while you go do something else. Or if you don't wanna go to cons, just tell her you'd like to do something else.
If she's not willing to spend time with you after that, then maybe she's not the friend you thought she was.

I just finish watching ALLLLL of the episodes of Crossing Jordan on Netflix.... I'm so sad now. Okay it's not that great of a show (sometimes they indulged their silly side to much, and Jordan has mommy and daddy issues out the wazoo and gets far to dangerous to herself and others when she gets obsessed with something and Woody is a total asshole when it comes to mental health issues and Lily's storyline got weird in the end ... but other than that it hit all my competence kinks and all my "team as family" kinks and hell even in the last episode when they were stuck on a mountain top with little hope of rescue they spent their time solving the damn case that caused them to be stuck up there .... And now it's over...Pathetic anon is pathetic....
