37: Seishirou is, to this day, my favourite villain in ANYTHING, not just in Clamp, nor just in manga. I know that he's a horrid, horrid person but I find every tiniest aspect of his character absolutely perfect in that respect.
(I also believe that in truth, he did feel something for Subaru, but it was not something he understood, and of course he could never admit something like that since he's a proud, cold man.) He's 'deliciously evil'.

50: Rukia... x Grimmjow? LMAO, I love the sound of that. Unfortunatley, I don't stray too far into Bleach fandom, I have a feeling it might put me off the series. I... I'm tempted to write this though, I'm pretty open-minded when it comes to Bleach ships >:3

56: Unless you're a big, manly man (I have truck-drivers in mind for some reason), or the bitchiest most girly-things-hating woman you could possibly imagine, or.... someone who hates anime and manga altogether? ... I fail to see why this should be kept secret.

44. Maybe I'm too picky about movies based on books I like, but I completely agree. I guess it wasn't a bad movie in its own right, but it was hardly an adaptation of the book. It just borrowed some names. (I don't know, though, about the Sophie/Howl thing -- I mean, I haven't read the book in a while, but I thought it was pretty obvious that they ended up together? Or maybe I just think that because they're married in the sequel.)

47. I do play to bad ends (in visual novels, which I assume is what you're talking about?) for the sake of 100% completion and unlockable CGs, but I tend to skip through them as quickly as possible because... well, they're upsetting. Unless I don't care about/dislike the characters.

12. Aw, no shame there. ...Okay, so there are some people who would force it to be shameful, but it's fun to think about regardless of their morals/judgemental status.

44. They're different things. ::shrug:: The only reason I liked the movie was because it had fun music and I got to see what a DWJ male lead would look like. (Howl in the movie was super similar to how I see her Chrestomanci, and several other characters. It was just fun to see one in action instead of in my head) Then again, I can find the bright side of the HHGttG movie, soo... Not the best judge, I guess? Besides, just the fact that the book got a movie makes me happy. Most of the novels I adore are... probably never going to get that chance. And it inspired quite a lot of people to actually try picking up DWJ and I will never complain about that. ♥ [/ramble]

24: I only want to express my eternal love for Sora. He's the most adorable, tough, loyal, fierce sweetheart in existance. ♥

25: I haven't read more than the first book, and that was years ago (though I do intend to read the rest!), so I don't know who this is. I agree with you though; people who use the word "slut" aren't people whose side I'd want to be on. Ever.

37: Subaru loved (loves?) him, but it's obviously not good for him. Seriously, Seishiro represents several emotional traumas, and have made him an antisocial, depressed recluse with no one to care about. This is neither romantic nor irreversible; he should learn that he could find love (in the form of friendship, romance or whatever) again and get over that jerk. Believeing that Seishiro was the only one who could make him happy doesn't actually means that it's true, you know.

44: The film and the book weren't the same stories, but I love them both in their own right. That said, Howl and Sophie did become a couple at the end of the book. They weren't only implied (and they're married with a kid in the sequel).

I just can't watch the anime anymore without thinking about the way she writes him. *shudders* It probably helps that she doesn't read the manga. That way I can continue to separate them.

I think they make the fandom look mildly insane and extremely strange if anything else. Someone started roleplaying out of the blue on the kink meme and I have to say I don't understand that either.

I keep my hair long and say it's because it's easier than arguing with my mum (she's sort of a Pentecostal, but it's called something else), but really...it just makes me feel like a lot of my fantasy heroines. 26. Huh. I didn't know I was in a majority (but then, I haven't participated in SoIaF fandom so much). Cersei manages to screw over all of my favourite characters, and she just creepys me out. She's fantastically written, though, I will admit that.


27. Word. Plus, characters with a real sense of humor, no matter how disturbing they may be, almost always make me like them.


28. The sad thing is, I thought that long before I saw that movie...and I still kind of feel that way about all my stuffed animals. They have feelings and personalities. Can't just put them in storage!

44. Yes and no. Taking the movie as something that had absolutely no source material, then yeah, I find it a fun, magical, whimsical movie. But the complete screw-over of just about every aspect of the original...that bugs me.

44. Nope, I read the book, then watched the movie. I think that both are equally good in their own right, but I personally liked the movie better. They're both separate entities, after all. I think that you're just as the fanbrats, if you're assuming the only reason the only reason why the movie lovers like it is because it was from Studio Ghibli.

44. I did read the book. And you know what? I liked the movie much better, anyway. If you hate it, oh well, but don't tell me it's not canon. There's book canon and movie canon, get over it, and accept the fact that not everyone will fall for the book as much as you have. Fans like you are making my opinion of it sour even more.

19. To be brutally honest, when I read the manga for the first time I didn't like Misa. HOWEVER, having now seen the anime aswell, and glancing over at my Death Note manga for a second time... I-I like her. :3 I feel sympathy for her like I feel sympathy for Light.
Also, I agree that Light/L isn't plausible. But does it really have to be? It's an interesting pairing and I like it, myself. xD Actually, I personally believe that the most plausible pairings with Light involved are Light/Mikami and Light/Misa. Both are one-sided, but they work because Mikami and Misa worship Light whilst Light just uses them.

I don't hate her. I hated Joffrey, and I hated Sansa for being a foolish little child (at first anyway, she's kind of grown on me, or maybe I just understand her better now that I'm older). But Cersei? I dunno, she's interesting. And who cares if she's a slut or not, she gets what she wants.
