#62. ... oh yeah. I just came back from watching Speed Racer and I felt like such an asshole for mentally shipping it--even though I don't generally have a problem with incest ships. But still, I felt dirty thinking about it. Especially since I started thinking it during the scene with Speed in Rex's lap as he's being taught how to drive. It was supposed to be wholesome, not erotic! That was the most awkward pedo-flavored thing I've watched on screen in recent memory.

Lap-sitting: off-limits for siblings till further notice.

34. lol, that's originally why I fell in love with it. It's the zaniest movie I've ever seen, and the music is so damn catchy. I get the "yay sexuality" part, but that just isn't why I love it.

35. Come now, both series are poorly written. Sometimes I could swear I'm reading a different book than everyone else. I find both series terribly addicting, but well written and actually original? Twilight had potential, but sadly it fell short. Very short. That being said, LOL SPARKLY VAMPIRES? Are you kidding me? That was the funniest thing I've read in a long time.

DO NOT PIN that crazy fangirl "omfg she's a girl, I hate her!" shit on me, it won't work. I hated Gordon too, and he was a guy. I find her CHARACTER completely useless. They tried, and failed miserably. I think Ruby is a fine character, and I don't hate on ANY OTHER female characters. The fact that YOU automatically assume that I don't like her because she's a girl is YOU being misogynistic and stereotyping, not me.

The boys made exception after exception for her, I think it compromised a lot of the show, and that's what I don't like.

I tried to watch that movie once as part of some kind of shock-therapy cure for my own fear of spiders. I lasted until the guy sucks on the hose and then the spider legs come out of his mouth, and then I was scrabbling for the remote with one arm over my eyes.

If I was judged for having a broader music scope than my friends, then so be it. (For the record, they really didn't care much either way; one of my friends actually wanted a CD of male vocals, as he found the women too "grating" or somesuch).

34. I'm bi and extremely pro-free responsible expression for everyone, but yeah, I never particularly understood how that film PROMOTES open-mindedness about sex. I mean, the only person who has any sort of emotional connection with what goes on in that house is also a batshit insane posessive murderous control freak.
