I study Japanese, I know what I want to do with my life, and zOMG, it has nothing to do with Scanlations of Bishies or Anime/Manga in general. Shocking, I know.

112 - *shrug* I'm a POC and I usually get the opposite -- assholes who think my opinions on things aren't worthy of considering. I get dismissed in arguments about Green Lantern and my support for John Stewart in the JLA cause I "totally prefer him because he's black" (nevermind that my favorite GL is actually Guy Gardner). It's cool that you like Batman though, so do I! It's always nice to come across another POC (any POC, not just black) into Batman.

And some people, like you and me, like really gory, messed up fiction/fanfic. I thought about making a community for gore and horror fanfic once, but I didn't think I could keep up with the moderation.
