(OP here) You know what? You're completely right, and I apologize. I've been trying to be a less judgmental person, because I'm not exactly proud of the fact that I'm prone to making snap judgments about people. Thanks for pointing this blind spot out for me; I'll keep it in mind in the future. =)

175 - I somewhat agree. I don't expect everyone to like Ada, but I don't think she's any worse than Wesker. Both characters are pretty awesome anyway, I couldn't hate either of them.

184 - I'll admit that the series overall isn't incredibly scary, but it does have it's moments. There are little things in the game that freak me out the first time I'm playing, like the woman nailed to the cabin by a pitchfork or the man on fire launching at you in RE4. Also not everyone is comfortable with zombies.
Also, which games do you consider 'scary'? The only series that has really spooked me was the Fatal Frame games, although Silent Hill has it's moments too.

Clint Eastwood isn't racist. Jesus H. Christ... It's a movie about the US Marine Corps, who were segregated during the Second World War. It goes even more specific then that and focuses on a small group of people within the Marine Corps and US Navy (none of whom, historically, were black). So, how the fuck is that racist?

102. I spent at least 5 years pimping them out to everyone I knew, and no one ever got into them. And then the TV series started and suddenly everyone was into them. Which is awesome! It's fantastic that they're getting love. But at the same time, once everyone I knew was all over them (which is what I thought I'd wanted!), I did get a little bit, "...oh...I kind of liked it better when they were just my special thing." It was weirdly disappointing. So, yeah, I understand your sentiments exactly.

180. I remember all this talk about that movie both right before and after he died. And it does seem all but forgotten by the media now (I'm not in any sort of Heath fandom, so no clue about that). Are you referring to people who, instead of shortening down their list of fandoms that an icon post is composed of to only that fandom that belongs to that specific fandom's community, they put up the whole list? (For example, if you made an icon post to say, a Tsubasa community, and you made icons for other fandoms as well, you list all those other fandoms in the post you made at the Tsubasa comm) Or are you referring to people who, instead of posting preview icons for a series at its fandom community, they post preview icons of other fandoms? That one I can understand a bit more, but not the first. Mostly because I think that's very helpful in letting people see what other fandoms you're interested in and icon for. Maybe they can discover new series, or find icons for another fandom they are part of.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE, ANON!

Beyond is, hands down, my favorite Batman series. Terry was inexperienced, young, often stupid, and had to really work to be respected as Batman. I think that made him a lot easier to relate to then Bruce, who, despite having no powers, was so much more then human. Return of the Joker was also one hell of a great, creepy, wonderful portrayal of the Joker.
