To be fair, Frost/Nixon was nominated for Best (Adapted) Screenplay. It would have been criminal if it was not nominated at all, even if Peter Morgan did copy-paste a large chunk of it from his stage play.

149. I just add the username into the icon filename when I save them. It doesn't take long at all, particularly if you copy-paste it in when you're saving multiple icons.

154. I don't get the concept of an OTP. I like testing out character's dynamics with all sorts of people. I mean, yeah, there's often some pairings I like more than others, but...mm, I don't know. It feels sort of freeing to not get too upset over pairings.

101. Weirdest thing, but for some reason the one place to get brutally honest feedback on the internet seems to be your tattoos. I would think that people feel more awkward criticizing something that can't be changed easily, like a tattoo, than on a piece of art/writing/video editing.

101--IAWTC. I feel like there's so many bad writers out there that (oftentimes) ASK for criticism, and only receive "OMG CUTE I WONDER WAT HAPPENS NEXT~~!" in return, even from people who know better. I always leave honest criticism...however, I usually don't even read stories that look horrible to me, so if it's particularly bad, I guess it's not getting any feedback at all...

143--Uh...I don't see what's wrong/"political" about the things you mentioned. With posting icons/art/fic, how else do you think that person is going to become a BNF? They have to give something to fandom to have fans. Participating in friending/whatever memes--it's a fun part of fandom, and all kinds of people do them, I don't see what's bad about that...as far as wank, well yeah, if someone's that popular in any medium there's going to be both people who agree and disagree with them. Special flists--this makes sense to me, in order to differentiate between different fandom friends, etc. If they're a BNF, chances are fandom is a big deal to them, and that they'll have a lot of lj friends, so they may need to differentiate between friends that share different interests. And I don't get the username thing...I guess there are certain trends that certain kinds of people follow, and maybe good artists/writers/icon makers follow this username trend? But what's bad about that?

Sorry if I ramble, but I just don't really understand what this secret-maker is really complaining about...
