Are people saying that it's lazy? Lazy of all things? The glitches hilarious/game-ruining, but lazy?

I feel like people mostly complain about "laziness" when it comes to a lack of patches/bug fixes for games after they've already been released. Like, it's fine to have to churn something out ASAP and have some bugs, but when there's no money put towards fixing up the game afterwards, people get frustrated.

There is an animated version, made in America. I watched one. It was on the pyramids. I just thought it was dull. Then the bad guy was revealed. He had darker skin than everyone else.

I have a ridiculous number of the books. I bought most of them well into my 20s, just cuz they were fun and light. Like, top tier bathroom readers, Horrible Histories, and I've definitely learned a lot from them. They jump-started my interest in WWI. I now have a whole-ass bookshelf full of analyses and memoirs and a damn tattoo. It's sad to hear that the things that aren't the books aren't doing a good job of it.

I remember loving the books Horrible Histories and Horrible Science series in a time when I was struggling to find books interesting as a kid. Can't remember I thing I read from them now lol, but yeah I thought they were really good.

spike absolutely sucked as the male romantic lead role they tried to shoehorn him into - he works infinitely better as a supporting character snarking from the sidelines

Not same fandom, but I have the same feeling with The Simpsons and Milhouse. I don't like the Lisa/Milhouse pairing because as shitty as this sounds, he's kinda funnier when he's pathetic, especially with his thing over Lisa (who deserves far better than him anyway!)

another possibility would be drusilla/angel/spike, where angel and spike snipe at each other over drusilla, but with a lot of sexual tension

I liked him with Dru but neutered woobie Spike bored me to tears. It was the death of the fandom for me because the entire fandom descended into Spike shipwars.
