104. I’m an atheist and I don’t think that’s silly at all. The series, although technically written for children, is an excellent read and is essentially an extended allegory for Christianity. I may not be a Christian, but I can still appreciate good literature and I can understand why it would help you find your faith.

127. I agree, but where are you seeing all the Peter hate? Maybe I don't because I don't hang out in mwpp fandom that much. I mean -- I don't find his character sympathetic, but he IS very human. And when he was young, he was a proper member of the Marauders, and I'll agree that a lot of fics make like he was always bad, but he was their friend all the way up until he faked his death.

I don't know about flat out hate in fics, though there is quite a bit from what I've heard, but the fics I read, he's more ignored than anything. Peter is either off with his Hufflepuff girlfriend, in the kitchens, on vacation with his family or serving detention while Moony, Padfoot and Prongs do their own thing.
