Diverse casts done right

Keep in mind diverse means multiple characters of different backgrounds here, not lots of characters from a similar but under-represented background. So stuff like Black Panther and Crazy Rich Asians doesn't qualify.

Shadowhunters. The show isn't amazing but it is fun and has all manner of characters.

Overwatch and Apex Legends both have a very diverse cast of characters considering how sparse their lore is.

If video games count, I'll put in a vote for Suikoden 3. The Grasslands are pretty diverse. Plenty of folks, many from different tribes RIP Safir clan.

Carole & Tuesday! Makes a lot of sense for a future city setting, but it's nice it's treated as normal.

I think The Good Place is a good example because they invented a scenario where it feels organic rather than shoehorned in for woke points or to meet their BBC quota. Also, it pokes fun of all of them equally and in ways unrelated to their racial backgrounds. And it compensates for having white principals by making them the most despicable of all.
Literally the most evil person on the show is a white male LOL.

Grey's Anatomy can be hit or miss about a lot of things but I like that their characters have conflicts and personality traits that aren't solely about their cultural and sexual identities, but those things aren't polished over entirely and are still acknowledged.

It has not been two weeks. It has made 2 billion dollars. I expect most people who care about spoilers has seen it.

As someone who gets dehydrated easily, I'm really uncomfortable with the thought of Muslims not drinking water all day for Ramadan. Fasting is one thing, but water is just not healthy to go without for more than a few hours. Long ago I saw an article that stuck with me, about a high school football player who wouldn't hydrate during practice or games because it was Ramadan, and the question was "is it religious discrimination to bar someone from participating in an activity like that if they aren't going to drink water", and to be honest I would say no; in fact, I'd argue that it's the faculty's obligation to do so.

Secret because "I really think people shouldn't do this religious practice" won't go over well in civilized circles. Especially when combined with "whether or not they do it doesn't actually affect me whatsoever" because then I can't exactly say I have a right to feel this way. I mean, wouldn't this technically be judging what other people do with their own bodies? That's a huge no-no.
