Absolutely and with zero reserve in fiction. IRL I'm ok wth consenting adults doing whatever they want amongst themselves. Take away consent or bring in kids or animals and I bring out my pitchfork.

Kind of? If you're talking about actual kinks, then yeah, I don't care, people can do whatever they want as long as they're not hurting anyone.

But if we're talking about actual abuse (even with fictional characters) and acting like it's okay? No, that's not acceptable and "but it's fiction!" is not a valid argument to me.

What is everyone doing this weekend?

I have to finish my sister's Funko Pops. And at least get most of the way through the scarf I am crocheting. -_- Other than that, not doing much.

Fandom rants

So it's apparently been decided that a ship in one of my fandoms is incestuous and therefore wrong although they're step siblings whose parents didn't even start dating until they were adults (and not even young adults). I get people being squicked out by incest, but I feel like that situation even counting is kind of ridiculous.

Anyone have any fandom-y things they want to complain about?
