I agree with you completely.

But.

Trying to stop people from liking this game is like trying to stop the sun from rising. Personally, I don't mind that it's a smash brothers rip off - in fact, that's the good part. I wish they had left out any kind of "story mode" since it's very clear that they can no longer write their own characters.

Jecht is not written as a villain, actually, but he was chosen because they didn't want to put Yuna in the game and Seymour is more her villain than Tidus'.

Anyway... I do sympathize (and I hate how they all look so young)! You have a reason for your frustration, but don't get your hopes up that other people are going to see it and abstain. To be honest, I don't think most fans remember how these characters should act, either.

118. I laughed so hard at that first post. It was the three-armed OC. It destroyed me. To be honest, the subsequent stuff isn't really funny to me anymore, but the original post is still golden. I love you, P4 fandom. And we have the best kink meme EVER.

150. My ten-year-old self would've cried for a few minutes over him not dating me, but then she would've gotten over it and loved the show even more. Those two were always awesome together.

163. I kind of see where you're coming from, and I don't ship Keith/Rachel myself, but I'm bothered by the way you stated this. "The point" of her being on TV has NOTHING to do with her orientation or relationship status. It's because she's good at what she does. She deserves a show. If she was straight and/or single, she'd STILL deserve her show. I think you might've missed the point of her being on a popular TV station.

More to the point, they miss why it's awesome to HAVE a lesbian in a committed relationship on a popular show. I don't mean that that's why she has her show, but that's one of the multitude of reasons why I'm glad she does. It's sort of frustrating to see someone who is like me erased, because for some reason people feel the need to ship her with a man.
