Well if you're going to be that way, no one who isn't white and anyone who is above 12 years old should cosplay Peach. They actually will probably need to be a little chubby (or basically not stick thing) and have to have a HUGE HEAD http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/7/78/PeachNSMBW.jpg/200px-PeachNSMBW.jpg Anything but a huge headed girl on Peach is wrong.

Seriously OP, how many fat characters are there for fat people to cosplay? Isn't it just better that people, skinny or fat, find a costume that they are comfortable in of a character that they love?

I don't understand why overweight people are not allowed to have fun or must limit their fun because of YOUR issues. Like seriously, fat people are always shamed for being lazy but then when they get off their asses and do something fun like dress up or swim or go shopping or WHATEVER it's like "Ewww... look at the fat people." How the hell is a person supposed to lead a healthy lifestyle if they can't go outside without being ridiculed?

I was under the impression that people cosplayed because it was fun, they liked making costumes, or they just loved the character. Not cause they look just like them.

Wow, your argument would have been much more convincing if it wasn't accompanied by a picture of fat cosplayers doing cosplay that's far better than anything I'd ever manage to pull off if I ever attempted cosplay.

I mean, it would still have been an offensive argument—people of any body type can dress however they want, and anyone who says differently is a douchebag—but at least it wouldn't have looked quite so ridiculous.
