That said and speaking for myself, I DO feel a little guilty for hating on GS4 so much when I haven't played it and, if I did, wouldn't be able to understand it. But I do try to know whereof I speak before I bitch. I listen to people who HAVE played and CAN understand (as, I believe, does the person I rather suspect you directed this secret at, but I'm speaking for myself here), I've checked plot summaries, I've informed myself as much as possible. Of course it's no real substitute for playing and understanding the game, but it's not like we're bitching in the dark here.

Agreed SO hard. I haven't BASHED the game, I'm just disappointed with the turn it took after the development you had in the first three games for the main character. It's a nice change to see a crazy twist, but there was also the 'leaving well enough alone' bit that I believe this series could have done with.

14. I was at an anime con, sharing a room with this guy who stuck random Japanese words WITH ENGLISH EQUIVALENTS into sentences. It annoyed the crap out of me. Of course, I told him to “shut up” in Japanese, and he didn’t know what I was saying.

12 - I agree entirely. I'm an openly gay man and I've had Dom/Sub relationships where my partner has been passive or dominant, but even in those situations, we were never "Uke/Seme." We just had a "preference of position."

When fangirls ask me if I'm the Uke or Seme in bed, I usually just stare and try not to look annoyed that there's no word for "I takes what I can gets."

25. GOD, I hear you. I was in the fifth grade when Episode I came out and my love for it from that time in my life has persevered to this day... I don't think anything can compare to the overwhelming joy I feel when watching it. Though the whole OTP bit is where I can't agree XD.

34. I've had the same thing happen to me! When we play D&D I want to roll up an elf because I love the racial bonuses, but the DM and another member of the party seem to hate elves in any form and tease me for playing a pretty man. It's uncool!

39 - I kind of agree with you here on Inuyasha, though I'd say I don't really care anymore as opposed to hating. At least the manga is on it's final arc now (hopefully lol), because it's about time it came to an end.
I don't know why you feel you have to love everyone, though, just because you're an active member of the fandom. Not every fan likes every character. And besides, is anyone going to hate you if you step down?
