I don't even know why I'm getting headaches anymore. They just happen. None of my doctors seem worried about it, so I guess it's nothing serious, but it's still aggravating.

I've been knitting nearly nonstop for the last few days after not knitting at all for about six months, and the finger I use to nudge the tip of my needle over on every stitch is getting incredibly sore. I wish I had a thimble, but I don't!

One of my little toes every now and then gets sort of dislocated/out of whack and it's been that way for several days now. I can't get it to crack back in line >:(

Pie Five got rid of their whole grain crust with its perfect blend for my blood sugar of carbs and fiber and replaced it with a crust that has nearly 100 grams of white-flour carb and barely any fiber.

I went in today to give their gluten-free crust a try because its more reasonable on the carb count (but $2 more with far less fiber) but after watching my maker tug and tug three different ways on the plastic wrapper of this enormous thing that looked like fat pita bread and still not get it open, I told her to forget it and left.

RIP whole-grain crust. You were the best.

I haven't had a period in 3 months and my body decided today, when I'm busy and will be all week, to start bleeding again. Fuck. Also, I'm away from home for the week and my heavy duty painkillers are at home.

After transitioning from qdoba burritos to burrito bowls a year ago and bowls with half-rice 6 months ago, I finally took the plunge and tried a no-rice, and I don't even miss it!
