Earlier today all I wanted was for someone to hug me and tell me everything would be okay. Now? I just saw this pic of a jar of boy syrup on tumblr, with the caption "proper punctuation is everything." What was wrong with the punctuation on the jar? The only punctuation is the exclamation point after the "Oh!" which seems to make sense?

I hate these two cliches, which are absolutely ubiquitous in fic:

- an alcoholic beverage referred to as "amber liquid"
- arousal described as a feeling "pooling low in the belly"

Also, at some dismal point maybe 10 years ago, it apparently was decreed that all works of fanfiction must include the word "boneless(ly)" and some tense of the verb "to ghost".
