If you don't play WOW you won't understand this, but: That video made me sad I didn't start playing alliance until after Lady Prestor's subplot was wiped from existance. God, that woman looks like a badass, and that plot apparently kicked ass, too.

From the standpoint of someone coming in recently? It's all about as shallow as western TV, sometimes more so, sometimes a little less. ''Read or Die'' and ''Cowboy Bebop'' don't seem particularly deep to me, no matter how good they are. Watching anime for ''profundity'' rather than the entertainment, artistic cleverness, comedy, melodrama, or action is a poor move.

But since you brought Labyrinth up, when I was watching Dark Water, and I saw that "Sarah" was now a single mom living in a rathole apartment building, I was in anguish for most of it wondering how Jareth could have left her like that. Never mind that these are two different movies.

128. I say Raito, and I don't consider myself a weeaboo. Maybe it's because most of the fandom that I was involved in before the english dub premiered called him Raito? Light just sounds kind of wrong to me. I was never really big on Death Note though, so I'm not sure how his name was translated outside of my small circle.
